Myanmar's killing fields a response to British occupation era.

Burmese who remember British occupation likely blame the Rohenja population in their country on the random importation and ethnic mixing of non Burmese during the long era of British occupation and exploitation. Aung San Suu Kyi indifference to the atrocities reflect her 'brainwashing' during long house arrest to which she fears being returned to if she stands up against the Burmese military who are the defacto rulers of Myanmar .  And typical east Asian opportunism dominating over morality.
