NATIONAL GUARD SHOULD TRAIN ON SCHOOL CAMPUSES!

Rather than arming teachers or waiting for sedentary school resource officers to awaken and react promptly Americas schools could deploy specially trained Guard units to patrol and train in local school buildings to aggressively engage active shooters while leading occupants to safe locations.  Teens seeing military personnel regularly on campuses would think twice before bringing or using firearms in their schools! Mass shootings and gang warfare are no less serious than urban riots where The Guard serves ruitinely to protect lives and restore civil order.
