TRUMP'S DISLIKE OF PUERTO RICANS ROOTED IN 1960's NYC MIGRATIONS!

Trump's indifference to the disaster in Puerto Rico is rooted in his generation's bad memories of how the mass migration of brown skinned Americans to New York City caused an escalation of crime, graffiti and urban blight in areas like The South Bronx, East Harlem Bed-Stuy Brooklyn.  The fact is Trump's contempt for "PR"s is probably worse than for Mexicans (He can't deport the islanders!) This bias is the most likely reason for the slow response after the hurricane's devastation.
