BEFORE DEPORTATION SEND MEXICANS TO RECYCLING PLANTS!

In the U.S.A. it's rare indeed to find a Mexican capable of getting their litter into a refuse container at all but expecting them to separate recyclables, or comprehend why they need to, is like teaching meditation to squirrels.  So before sending them home make them do time in urban waste recovery facilities on the sorting line!  Some fine hands-on experience like this will give them an idea of what the GREEN dumpsters are meant for!!
