In NORTH CAROLINA USA, Governor Pat Mccrory and his all knowing GOP legislature don't trust the state's cities, towns or counties to make their own laws if these laws are NOT acceptable to the bureaucrats in the state capitol Raleigh.
So yesterday the political and economic central planners called a hasty meeting, passed a law restricting local decision making which the governor dutifully rubber stamped !
The likely outcome of which will be more loss of face, economic losses and wasted state tax money in losing court battles. But onward march the backwards backwoods, know it all know- nothings
