Understandably, Russia and Iran view President Assad as the only option after the destruction of D'ASH because the USA has had a TERRIBLE TRACK RECORD lately in supposed "REGIME CHANGE" programs. INSTEAD OF CHANGING REGIMES IN IRAQ THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION PUT A FOOD SERVICE CONGLOMERATE IN CHARGE AND MADE THE WHOLE COUNTRY INTO A CAPITALISTIC ANARCHY WITH AN ARMY DEPENDENT ON AMERICAN WELFARE SUPPORT.
IN LIBYA THE SAME THING. OBAMA LIBERALS ENCOURAGED THE OUSTER OF MOAMMAR GADDAFI BUT THEN HAD NOTHING READY TO REPLACE HIM WITH AND THE NATION QUICKLY FELL INTO ANARCHY AND CHAOS.
THIS IS WHY RUSSIA, CHINA, IRAN and other DICTATORSHIPS look upon American political leadership with contempt, disdain and a roll of the eyes. It is true that they don't give a damn about the plight of "The little" guy or the average Joe because to them all that counts is the BIG PICTURE or as the Chinese communists say: The whole comes before the parts, The Group before the individual and so on. Even so, the very poor, laughable, ill informed and disastrous performance of American political power overseas in recent years would make any organised nation cringe at allowing us to design the political and military future of any new country.
ADDITIONALLY, The presidential election tragicomedy show unfolding now is YET ANOTHER THING WHICH UNNERVES WORLD LEADERS! AFTER THE LAST BUSH REGIME IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT ANY COMPLETE IDIOT CAN WIN THE U.S. PRESIDENCY NOWADAYS. ALL IT TAKES IS A LOT OF MONEY AND ENTERTAINMENT QUALITIES TO GET THE JOB WITH THE HAND ON THE NUCLEAR BUTTON!
THIS IS DUE TO THE SAD FACT THAT A GREAT MANY AMERICANS ARE IGNORANT, STUPID AND LAZY, THE CONGRESS IS MADE UP OF IDEOLOGICAL HICKS (like Khrushchev banging his shoe on the UN podium!) bankrolled by greedy corporations who also control the media which feeds the american voter INFOTAINMENT rather than meaningful news.
