Most SCAM & SPAM text and email messages seem to go to my my smartphone DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS . That proves they are very likely originating in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA.
But just because they're local doesn't mean the perpetrators are entitled to any special protection like HUMAN RIGHTS or "due process".
Law enforcement needs to find them in their homes and offices, kick in their doors, confiscate their phones & computers then cite them for resisting arrest and start on the spot prosecution!
Stick their fingers together with super glue, force them to kneel & confess cyber crimes on camera then duct tape their mouths shut to prevent any "voice typing" ! Next keep them from any sleeping 2 weeks!
Occasionally, force feed them using (sharp) spray cheese through the duct tape wrapped around their heads!
We can do this!
Because America is now a one party state with a China-style, rubber stamp Congress and federal courts too scared of being "fired" to rule against The Party! 💀👾
