Let's face it world, Prime Minister Modhi envies President Xi Jin Peng and China's modern great leap forward!
How else is India going to modernize it's dilapidated railroad system to equal China's next door without a centralized one party state ?
How else is India going to build a modern ,unified world power status unless it follows the authoritarian political system of the PRC?
And probably Modhi secretly believes that the United States will never catch up to the PRC technologically, educationally, or socially by continuing its chaotic, disunified 'democracy' so it too must follow the CCP form of rule?
