TRACFONE SUMMER INTERNS KEPT BUSY MAKING USELESS, PRETTY WEB PAGES!

Did you know Tracfone has a cute new interface which they forgot to actually connect to the rest of their website.  This means if you try to update your payment card info you will spend lots of time entering the same personal data over and over again and the new card form will just refresh with all the fields empty again (no explanation , not even a basic, moronic 'An error has occurred' or 'invalid card name' or anything)  

Then there's the funny part where the old part of the site where 'auto-refill' amazingly shows the old credit card unchanged which is the same one the new cutesy account page says never existed in the system (meaning your previous, long time payment method POOF!-JUST VANISHED like the interns who just went back to high school!   

Oh there, there not to worry a soothing CS agent is at your service who will do her level best to pretend she knows just the fix when in reality her whole department has NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL went wrong and why all their screens are frozen or crashing.  So to keep customers guessing they insist you read aloud your card number and ALL other personal info into your "very secure" cellular device not just once or twice but as many times as cs agents need to appear in control of a network which seems totally screwed up or at least for a good while anyway.
