OLYMPIC GAY reflections, fig leaves and Kremlin Ducks

Russia's persecution of gays and lesbians may be a precursor to other fashionable POGRAMS against other groups such as Jews, Chechens, Ukrainians etc. Wait for the event to pass and listen out for the march of the shock troops and the slamming of the iron doors in the gulags. (Pussy Rioters ya better get out while the games are on!!)

Russia is still a LONG way off from being socially liberal and democratic in nature so expecting them to act that way suddenly is typical American naivete and an assumption that because OUR culture is controlled by commercial "values" that place a premium on EVERYTHING in their world experience being QUICK and EASY.  Which by the way seems to be how the gay rights movement has mistakenly acted in the U.S. by DEMANDING nationwide liberalism IMMEDIATELY despite the fact that conservative politics(anti-gay) normal in a depression is a major reality today.  So the "WE'RE GAY-IN YOUR-FACE" attitude is obvious historical bad timing BUT boomer generation gay leaders demand that this issue too - be QUICK and EASY - so they can have ALL, right NOW in their lifetimes!

Possibly too, Vladimir Putin who's fond of body building, posing for photos and acting ultra-macho, possibly he's actually a CLOSETED gay man who is using his political iron fist to disguise his secret homosexual feelings. Very similar to the case of former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover(collector of gay files and reports) or Nazi strongman Herman Goering (with his collection of ladies hatboxes)!!

Though the Russian government is taking some heat for it's anti-gay pogram from western and American liberals it's quite possible that they are getting quite a few high fives and cheers from Right-wing conservatives and evangelicals the world over and right here in the USA (who may be egging them on behind the media's spotlights.)  Maybe even the DUCK DYNASTY guys are on a future 'special guest' list at the KREMLIN, getting a show on Russian State TV & planning a tour to the Russian countryside?
